Don’t move here definitely a ripoff, nothing is ever repaired especially all the appliances. They say rent is supposed to be around $1500 for a 450 square foot apartment but usually runs around $1800 after all the unnecessary additions. Management is unresponsive unless you send a message through maintenance, plumbing is always having issues, washers and dryers never work seems they take note of that complaint for over a year now and still haven’t done anything about it, they say they have amenities but most of them don’t work so I don’t know why rent is so high when according to renters rights our rent should go down when the amenities promised aren’t available , blinds are always broken have heard from other residents. Update July 20th 2025: any charm this place had is gone. It’s so sad that it’s just consistently gotten worse to live here for two years. I left for two months and I was in a bus crash, I broke both of my collar bones and I was so excited to be home. The pool is a bio hazard full of green muck and algae. The community book shelf and couch in the laundry room has been decimated into a cold soulless room. The GRASS is waist heigh, shoulder high in places. Crawling with snakes. Who are they paying to landscape? So now when you move in your amenities are: - fire place (welded shut doesn’t work) - pond surrounded by insane grass with bonus snakes - pool of death and disease What a nightmare and a disappointment. :( (Feel free to see my past reviews below, this place sucks and now it’s worse)

DO NOT TRUST THE GOOGLE REVIEWS!!!! Red Cliffs sends residents emails to basically persuade them for a review for a “raffle surprise.” Photo proof attached to my review. Absolute worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. It’s disgusting! The shared laundry rooms are always disgusting and never cleaned. You have use quarters to wash/dry your clothes per load, and the dryer takes multiple runs to dry your clothes. The washers/dryers are often broken, and won’t be fixed for months. The smell of weed from other people’s apartments seep into your own apartment. There are always police present for some sort of call. The apartment itself is around 500 square feet, a “loft” style apartment. The wall unit downstairs doesn’t cool down upstairs and is always uncomfortably hot. During the summer months we

I have a one year lease (2025) And found my stay here quite adequate. The amenities work well and the loft area is fun. They are good about notifying you when things are turned off or in the process of repair. All and all great place to stay if your looking for a place in durango. Just out of town so your peace and quite wont be disturbed except by the train which runs right by your place !! With a good pond and fun walking trail on the other side i can always start and end my day somewhere outside and beautiful.

I love this place! It's conveniently across from our job, bus stop right at the driveway, great employees, and reasonably priced apartments on some nice property. Which the maintenance keeps up with! I love the gardening they do, as well as the pond and gazebo addition. A peaceful place (at least on my end), pet friendly, with sweet neighbors.
