The Gateway at Lake Jackson

Airborne MOLD caused my 9 month old granddaughters illness that caused her DEATH. All management involved VERY RUDELY denied mold being mold even with mold Report from ELITE MOLD INSPECTOR (Houston,Tx based) that I paid 525.00 for. The mold report IS SUBMISSABLE in court. NO REMORSE, NO ACCOUNTABILITY (WHILE GRIEVING our Beautiful BabyGirl) from anyone. Plenty of DISRESPECT from them even Carrie Clark the Corporate manager was RUDE and BLAMED my daughter who is the lease holder. IT'S all in black and white. No one should live there. MOLD IS DEADLY. Multiple units are MOLD infested. Management DEFINITELY KNOW it and they will move you right into a death trap. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. They could careless if you live or die.

The mgrs. don,t keep up the property! They won’t give you a lease or mailbox key. They will lie and have you put in jail. They will have you evicted while you’re in jail. Have your kids taken away! Take away you’er living and not think twice. They that is not home. You don’t feel safe there, children have died their.

The leasing office ladies are always so sweet, helpful, supportive and genuinely down to earth! They go above and behind for anything I need and always communicate dos and donts before taking action and I appreciate them more than they know.

Great Community leasing office lady Miss Tiffany is so sweet and patient with any questions or concerns I may have not to mention she work fast and be on it I needed my air conditioner fixed and before the end of the day maintenance was here fixing it thank God because this Texas heat is nothing nice
