The Gates

This review is for the newly built Gates of OKC apartments behind Buffalo Wild Wings off Portland. They have two location and I’ve had two disappointing encounters with the leasing agent at this particular location. She needs training in effective communication and customer service. She was extremely rude, dry, and had no eye contact. She barely said anything and acted as if I was bothering her with my questions, which is inappropriate for a first contact person. The apartments are charming little spaces, but I’m not sure if they would be suitable for my elderly family. They require someone pleasant and friendly to converse with. 👎🏼

Love my apartment but that’s because I take good care of it Maintenance has been helpful, responsive, and caring for the most part my only thing I could even remotely say isn’t great is some on the neighbors we have are loud and trashy other then that my apartment is great !

Absolutely vile that you would put a tenant and her CHILD at risk of sickness from the mold growing in your "brand new" apartments while gaslighting and neglecting her and her child. I hope she sues and ends up owning the whole property management company so someone can do the tenants right for once.

Should be ashamed of yourself. Putting that mother and child in that MOLDY apartment, then trying to gaslight her and put her up for eviction. And these suppose to be “newly built” .

This place should be shut down and management and staff should be fired just look at the KFOR NEWS STORY!!
