The Garrett at The Collective

I live on the Penthouse level and have since March 1st. I absolutely love the staff, they are all friendly, accept my packages day or night and notify me, and are just generally nice people. The amenities are fantastic, I'm at one of the the 3 pools and/or gyms pretty much everyday, there is coffee downstairs and whole foods might as well be connected. I have a parking spot there but if I go into my office on M Street I just walk and it's right around the corner. I don't want to live anywhere else!

The Garrett is an exceptional place to live in DC. Conveniently located near two Metro stops (green line and the blue/orange line), this apartment building has it all — tremendous amenities including an indoor basketball court, an outdoor tennis court, and a robust calendar of community events ranging from lectures to food tastings. It’s also walking distance from local restaurants and a grocery store. The building services team has always been responsive and easy to work with whenever I had questions or needed support. If you’re looking for an apartment that’s situated in a community with a top notch amenities, look no further than the Garrett.

I have been living in the Garrett for 1 month and my time here has been fantastic. The amenities are great, people are friendly, and staff is so attentive. Jeremy in the leasing office is the best leasing agent in DC, and was fantastic throughout the leasing process. Highly recommend moving here!

My boyfriend and I have been living in the Garrett since spring of 2022. Even before we were tenants we had an incredible experience with Arlen in the leasing office. The management office was really flexible with our move in and is very responsive whenever we have questions or requests. The apartment itself is clean, cozy, quiet, and well maintained. The amenities include access to gyms and pools in our building as well as the other buildings in the Collective. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly and the staff is very approachable. I have only taken advantage of a few community offerings (yoga classes and book club) but I enjoy seeing all the events happening around the building (wine tastings, volunteer opportunities, affinity grou

I moved into the Garrett (at the Collective) in July and have been very pleased with my experience. The amenities and apartment itself are in great condition and well-maintained. The maintenance and front desk staff are very responsive and quick to action when needed. Arlen (the leasing agent) continues to check in to make sure we are happy. At first tour, this complex seemed a bit too good to be true, but we were happy to find out there wasn't a catch. It's as nice as it appears :)
