The Gardens at Quail Run

I came into the main office a few days ago with a few questions and the property manager was so helpful and patient with me! I have a speech impediment and she didn’t make me feel bad about it at all. I’m so grateful that she was the one I spoke with because Ive had so many embarrassing exchanges that I get insecure speaking to new people. As long as she is still the manager, the property is in wonderful hands!

Does anyone have any details about when the selected applicants will be contacted? I have entered the lottery but have no updates. Hoping my family gets selected. Just had a newborn last weekend. I know we all need this and have our own struggles, I wish everyone the best.

This place does not follow any good neighbor guidelines. There are always shopping baskets littering the streets and being pushed out to the street by apartment staff so Walmart workers can come pick up. This was brought to the apartments manager on site which only made her defensive in her response. This place bamboozled their way into getting approved, and once built is completely hands off. The Walmart worker was no better by grabbing trash out of abandoned carts and throwing it into the grass ditch. Someone needs to do something about this place. Existing residents have been duped.

No details yet, signed up for a 2 bedroom raising my 6 year old grandson since he was 2 days old. This would truly be a blessing for us both he needs his own space something to call his own. I wish the best for everyone if anyone get a call let us know your experience. God Bless ❤️

To be so brand new, this place has already left a bad taste in my mouth. My daughter entered into the Lottery for these apartments in February. While I was with her yesterday she received a call from a "Glenn" from Quail Run (this was at 1pm on 7/29/21). He told her that her name had been picked and asked if she was still interested in leasing an apartment there. Of course she said, yes, and Glenn went on to schedule her an appointment for 10am the following day (7/30/21) in which she would need to bring in Deposit, ID, Birth Certificates, Money orders, etc... My daughter confirmed the appointment and said she would be there. LATER THAT SAME EVENING a call came in around 9pm from Quail Run. A message was left by a woman who apologized and said that the property had reached capacity. My
