The Gantry

Kanesia was wonderful to work with during my new lease process. She was attentive, responsive, and handled everything very efficiently from start to finish. She took the time to answer my questions and guided me through each step of the contract clearly and professionally. While some building guidelines made parts of the process a bit more complex, Kanesia remained patient, proactive, and supportive throughout. Her dedication and work ethic truly stood out, and I really appreciate the effort she put into making sure everything was completed properly. I’m grateful for her help and would gladly recommend her.

Kanesia Hall is amazing. I came in today to view and apply for a 3 bedroom. After going through all of the apartments she realized that I will be over my budget. I told her thank you and as I prepared to leave she said hold up and she started looking and helping me find another apartment within their company. Then she set me up an appointment to tour them and help me get all of my paperwork done. She went above and beyond! I am forever grateful. God bless you! Respectfully Queen.

My unit has some plumbing issues where the pipes will rattle when water is shut off. They will also rattle randomly throughout the day and at night when other apartments are using water. This is very disruptive and they haven’t been able to resolve this issue after living here for a month. It’s usually peaceful but you can hear your neighbors above walk around which is surprising since I would hope for a luxury building that the construction would have been better with better noise insulation. The water also smells like chlorine. Management and leasing can take days to answer emails, if they answer at all. Overall the building is nice. Amenities are nice. Close to the metro.

Honestly leasing with the Gantry was one of the best experiences I I have ever had! Mrs. Kanesia was very consistent and worked extremely hard to make the move - in process as seamless as possible. She is a big help and if I could I would five the gantry 10 stars! I love my apartment, I love the fact that you can’t hear your neighbors. I got a great deal for a 2 bedroom and a den. Which looks like a 3 bedroom, every one who has visited me thought I had a 3 bedroom until I told them it was two and a den.

I have been a resident of the Gantry Apartments in the Union Market District for the past three years, and I must say the new manager Daniel has implemented impressive changes in a short time, transforming this unique, resort-like community in Washington, D.C. The building boasts incredible amenities, including a rooftop pool, four resident lounges, two fitness centers, and a covered outdoor veranda with huge outdoor tv screen, expansive rooftop gardens , private grill stations and a roof top public garden where residents can grab fresh vegetables and herbs. Plus, having a high end restaurant right in the lobby is a fantastic convenience! The location is unbeatable; being situated in the heart of the Union Market District allows easy access to the Noma-Galludet Metro Station, as well as
