The Gallery at Godwin

I love living at The Gallery at Godwin! This is our first time renting, and we truly couldn't have asked for a better place to call our first home! There are so many amenities and the staff that keep this place running are seriously top tier. Kara made it so easy for us when we inquired and helped us every step of the way signing our first lease- to mariah and ruby in the office helping us with any questions we ever have and helping out with our deliveries, and passing meredith in the hallways always with a big smile- our neighbors here are so friendly too! I have to shout out the maintenance team. I reached out over the summer with an issue with my washer. Not only did they respond promptly to diagnose the issue, I got a brand new washer and dryer that same day! Also today I was having an issue with my heat. They came immediately and gave us space heaters in addition to fixing the issue and yummy cookies to enjoy! Update Feb 2026: My previous 5 star review was for the maintenance staff only. Now let’s get into actually living here. It was all good until it wasn’t! I moved in shortly after they opened in 2023. The first year living here was close to perfect. We had a slow leak from beneath our kitchen sink. The front office crew were amazing in helping aid us in the direction that we needed to be in to get it fixed. The maintenance crew was very prompt and responded in a timely manner dealing with our issue.

Dear Gallery At Godwin Team, Thank you for a magnificent Friendsgiving Potluck on November 13, 2025. The food was outstanding as neighbors also brought a dish to contribute to the event. However, the Gallery Team which included Kara,Ruby, Mariah, James, Deshawn and Meredith played an awesome part in making the event a success. Kara and Ruby kept bringing in delicious food that kept us well satisfied. The fellowship among the neighbors was fantastic. We were able to talk and connect with each other as we don’t see each other on a daily basis. Thank you again for a Friendship Potluck to remember!

Living here has been a great experience! Kara, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect unit. She is professional, attentive, and truly cares about the residents. Thank you, Kara and Ruby for making this feel like home!
