The Gallery at 1960

I enjoy staying here so far. Rent is fair and cheap. Ms. Ersela at the front office is really sweet and helped me move in without any complications. I definitely recommend the gallery

I would like to say I’ve been at the Gallery for almost 3 years, and the management is the best it has ever been with Temeka, and Devonte. They are attentive to making sure all of my needs are met at the Gallery 1960. Not to mention the positive and friendly attitude I receive with every interaction. It’s because of them I feel comfortable renewing my lease another year. Thanks you guys!!!!

So far this has been by the far the longest wait in the world. Nobody ever answers the phone. I've been waiting almost month for an approval or a denial letter. Security sitting behind the desk with valuable information specifically tenants informations. This is my very first apartment experience they definitely stole the joy with the slow unprofessional experience.

Shantell the leasing agent is very rude and unprofessional. If you are look for a place this is not the one for anyone. Until the corporate find someone else to handle there property. We can understand that you all were going through some employment issue but paper work was miss place and money was lost but when someone is looking forward to move in and you give them a nasty and disrespectful tone then out of her mouth comes a statement that should never ever come out of any leasing agent I have a child your age. I sorry but that will not get anyone to move in to your apartments.

Since day one Devin has kept me informed on every move even contacted me on his off day AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. The process was not long at all I got my approval 2day. Thank u so much Devin and My new Gallery Fam
