We've been struggling with management for the longest time, I can remember for the past 3-4 years. This management that we have right now, I hope they keep her because she seems like she's definitely getting work done. Issues that I have since J. BG Smith was here, it's finally been resolved with my rental issues. Mischaring me, wrongly charging me, all these other issues. This management was able to do it in no time and was able to see the mistake. I don't know why it takes 3 management teams to see it. Hopefully they get to keep Ms. Taylor, she is great, excellent, and definitely on top of her stuff. I hope jonathan rose. Company. just don't change this manager again. She is great." 😊

Dear Councilman, I am writing to you on behalf my Mother resident Ward 5 to formally share several concerns regarding her community. [I'm writing on behalf of my mother who is elderly and disabled. Not only does she in form me about the mismanagement of the now 3rd turnover of management which is when she says things has turned for the worst but I have seen with my own eyes . Back in 2023 I believe I was in the process of transferring residence. I toure Gale Eckgington Apts. when it was still freshly kept and management was professional . I have visited recently here since the last 3 years like my mother says and it is horrible. The smell of urine is thick in the elevators even the garage elevator. the carpets are filthy in the Halls looks like tenants with dogs are allowing there p

I was going to wait 30 days to give a honest review, but I signed my lease November 24th but officially moved in November 30th. So let’s start with the move in process which was fairly easy only complaint is that the loading dock was full of trash literally overflowing. My movers had to literally move trash over to pull the truck in. Other than that the move in process was fine. While moving in one of the residents told me good luck I asked why she said that she replied it’s a serious roach problem in the building. I was really confused because I seen zero reviews online about rodents. I’m here to confirm it is ROACHES!!! I have contacted leasing office and they have put my name on the list for extermination’s. I recently scheduled and attended a tour of this property, with a lovely young lady named Diamond. She was very professional from the onset, she scheduled me promptly and inquired about my needs and wants as a renter. Once I arrived she greeted me as if she what knew me, once the tour began she was knowledgeable about the property, amenities and neighborhood as well. Once we arrived to the unit, which was exactly what I was looking for, she was extremely in tune with my vision for the unit and even gave me a few ideas that I hadn’t thought of for the unit. We ended the tour and she urged me to go ahead and get the paperwork done so I could acquire that particular unit quickly, she was firm but not pushy about it and I really appreciated that. There’s nothing wrong with allowing smoking in your apartment complex, but if you do, please advertise it as such. They seem to be well aware of the smoking issues in their complex and do nothing about it. I’m not interested in a complex that allows smoking so please don’t waste my time by saying that you’re smoke free on apartments.com and then not be smoke free. It wastes my time and yours
