The Gables at Saint Augustine

I used to live at this apartment complex back in the day when they were brand new. They should really bring those days back. This place is looking all kinds of rundown. Maintenance doesn’t even remove people’s belongings after they’ve moved out. And can you guys please at least put screens on all the windows to make us think you’re actually trying to take care of the place please? The weather is so nice now they should definitely be allowing residents to use that nice clean pool instead of the homeless people they are pretending not to know are there. Additionally, how is it that you pay full rent but aren’t allowed access to amenities such as that nice beautiful pool that they do keep clean but none of the residents are allowed to use it. The new company Assist living they are the worst. You can’t get a hold of no one. This is the worst apartment complex to stay at. They just want money and when it’s time to give you your money back they give you so many excuses but they quick to evict you and when you want your money you gotta wait

Very nice very clean. Recommended place to start. Be advised that there is a 2-3,000 security deposit. But other than that it's like $800-1,000 a month!

Ms Faith is awesome she is the best landlord I have ever had when there is something wrong she takes care of the problem what needs to fix she get them in there to get it done

My friend lives here & every time I come to visit her the complex is always well maintained & quiet. Her apartment is nice & she says maintenance comes pretty quickly. I've met Ms Cassie. She is very friendly, funny & seems to care about the complex & the occupants. Ms Cassie is One of the few awesome managers. This is a place I'd love to live in if I could.
