Let me preface the new management is better. I really like Ayanna and Florida attitude. The previous management is despicable! I’ve been living here since April 2024. The water is shut off at minimum 3 times a month at random for hours. The gate is consistently not operating properly. The gym equipment is broke. It took over a year for valet service to finally start picking up at the resident door even though we pay a valet fee and dumpster fee monthly. The fees easily are around $150 a month not including you still have to pay Marietta Power and Gas South. The first unit I was placed in was infested with roaches. The toilet didn’t work. The door paint job was janky. I had to threaten to blackmail the manager in order for him to move my unit. I was downgraded to a smaller unit, it still h

I had an amazing experience working with Ayanna throughout my apartment application process. She made everything so easy and stress-free from start to finish. She communicates clearly, addresses all of my questions and concerns, and consistently provides excellent customer service. I lived at the Franklin for 4 wonderful years, & now I'm moving back...& Milton is one of the main reasons. He more than simplified the moving process & welcomed me back into the community with a warm & genuine attitude. It feels good to be back, & I already love my apt!!!
