The Fountains

Lived here for quite a while (2020-2025) only moved out to live with family but I would’ve stayed here a lot longer. These landlords really care. Safe, responsive, and cozy. Rent only went up $250 total over those five years and no unexpected visits, emails replied to within hours, and maintenance always done in a timely manner. The standard of the property has always been held up high and all guests I’ve had over always say it feels more like a home than just an apartment. Only downside I can say at all is no recycling bin due to them being taken away a couple years back (other people don’t understand putting garbage and recycling in bins in a considerate way) and the guest spots towards the front of the property were slowly replaced by resident spots, but it’s just a little walk (there’s

We had to find an apartment in Salem while living across the country. We chose the Fountains because it was a gated community and had good reviews. It was scary to sign a lease without seeing the apartment in person, but management sent us lots of photos and thankfully everything was just as it appeared when we showed up! We only stayed about 8 months before finding a house, but our time at the Fountains was wonderful. We always felt safe and the complex was kept extremely clean and neat. Whenever we had a maintenance issue, it was fixed quickly. All three of the community managers were friendly and helpful. We highly recommend the Fountains to anyone who needs an apartment in Salem!

My stay at the Fountains was simply incredible. The amenities, the community, and by far my apartment, were all luxury, I only wish I could have stayed longer. Having the property managers there to address your concerns was always nice and made the application process simple and easy as they actively work with you to get approved. I would put the Fountains as one of the safest and nicest areas to live in Salem.

Love living here at the The Fountains on Skyline! The beauty of the well maintained community grounds is such an enjoyment, very much appreciated. The apartments are so new and clean which makes living here such a great experience. The property managers Earl and Dee are very thorough and on top of things! I feel confident knowing they are taking such good care of all the residents and property details.

This was a wonderful place to live, the managers Earl and Dee were on top of things. However, when we moved out we were charged $1500 to replace the carpet. We were also charged close to $300 for extra fees that were quickly removed when I disputed them. We were also told we didn’t need to be there for a move out walkthrough and then after we moved to another state we were told we were supposed to be there for it. Great place to live, terrible move out experience.
