I’ve really enjoyed living here! Alicia and Laura, the property management team, are amazing—so personable, kind, and truly proud of what they do. They’re the kind of managers who make the property feel like a real community, not just another apartment complex. Maintenance is always quick, professional, and does an excellent job every time I submit a request. Wes explains what’s wrong and him and the team are extremely polite, and get things taken care of promptly. The property itself is beautifully maintained—the grounds are manicured weekly, and the sprinklers keep everything green and fresh. It’s also super quiet here while still being just minutes from the mall and the interstate. I couldn’t ask for a better place to live!

I'm so happy the I live in Fountains Meadow, the team is always on top of residents needs, they truly care about residents. Alicia the Manager and Laura her assistant are always professional, friendly and quick to help with any questions or concerns, Shannon the maintenance supervisor and Wesley the technician do an excellent job responding promptly to service request and keeping everything running smoothly It's comforting leaving in a place where the stuff is reliable, respect and hardworking. I highly recommend this community to everyone looking for a well managed and welcoming place to live.

I’m very happy living in these apartments. The spaces are spacious and well-designed, making it easy to feel comfortable and at home. The community is quiet and safe, which is perfect for families. I also really appreciate how quickly the maintenance team responds to any issues—it’s a huge relief. The green areas and amenities are always well-maintained, showing the care they put into the property. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality and peace in their home.

I moved to Clarksville having never visited the town or even had a chance to check out the area of where I would be residing. I can genuinely say God has blessed me with the perfect place to live and amazing management to top it off! To cleanliness, comfort, professionalism I truly would rate this place a 10/10. Alicia and her team are amazing, always ready to help never being dismissive. Shannon and Wes are the best, they truly care and want to help out anyway they can, whenever I request maintenance they show up at my door within 24 hours. The location is the best, near I-24 to get to Nashville regularly and close to so many necessary stores, gas stations, parks to run or just enjoy the outdoors. I especially love that this place is somewhat hidden away and very private.

I have been living here for 6 months now. The first thing I was looking for was a peaceful place to live. This complex is really quiet. The people are friendly and respectful. The people at the office are helpful, and the maintenance is friendly. Second, living here makes me feel that I’m away from everything while at the same time being close to everything; I like this place's location. Third, the amenities are great. The swimming pool is always open and working, and the fitness center is always clean… I highly commend this place to live, especially if you are coming from a home or from a different state or city and you don't know where to go because you don't see the city; this is the place to start
