I've been living here since 2020 from the beginning nice decent and a nice place to live and quiet after several managers and different people moving in it went down real bad I have problems with my lights in my bedroom from The Last Tenant used to live upstairs it's a new tight tenants live upstairs now almost been 3 years my lights in my room don't come on I have lamps I love the bed rooms space I love the bathroom space but they need to get the maintenance people together

These apartments are so messed up like you will fill out an application and they will tell you oh it went to compliance or they can't find your application or they loose all your paperwork misplace everything. This place claims they tryna get people in but misplace everything cause they always high . CANT CATCH A BREAK JUST MESSED UP. UPDATE : THE HALLS STINK , ITS GARBAGE IN THE STAIR WAY , ELEVATOR SMELL LIKE URINE , MAINTENANCE REALLY DONT WANT TO FIX ANYTHING.

Those ...ppl in the office are lazy, unprofessional, incompetent, and delusional. This process has been going on for 3 months okay. I call to get an update "we'll call you" or no answer "it'll be completed today" no call, no answer they won't even let me in the door. They told me I don't have to come back and they'll keep me updated I've never had an incoming call from them since April. I have to pull everything out of them.. give me attitude like I'm bothering them if they tell me I don't have the apartment after all this.. so help me god..

The building/apartments and amenities are beautiful, but the process is an entire sham! I've read that other ppl have gone through the same experience as I have, stringing us along about missing paperwork that we already submitted the weeks/month before, finally hearing that we're approved and all set to move in on moving day only to be told there was a mistake and you were denied. But "try again next year". How do you tell your landlord that u have nowhere to go after you've packed all your stuff and didn't renew your lease? We had to be out the same day and that very morning I called to tell them we were on our way when they gave us the news. Like what kind of unprofessional, weird bullcrap is that???? Gave us an apt number, we saw our place and fell in love...just hurtful.

If you’re looking to stay here, look the other way…. The office & owners don’t care about nothing that goes on here. -Consistent Noise -Random people sleeping in halls. -Smell of crack burning in the hall ways. -Icy walk ways - garbage near the entrances
