The Forest At Columbia Apartments

This property post false reviews. This complex is trash! All of the millions of dollars spent on this property they gave a rat infestation and they bandaid fix all the problems. Management is never nowhere to be found and maintenance never completes anything. I been here since June and management put an eviction because I refuse to pay rent because of the rat infestation. DONT MOVE HERE ITS NOT WIRTH IT AND MANAGEMENT ALSO HAS A CONTRACT WITH THE STATE OF GA AND INMATES LIVE IN THE BACK OF THE COMMUNITY. (Transitional housing) My apartment had 2 different leaks where my renter insurance did not cover due to the neglect of management not completing work orders properly or if at all.

Scenic 2505 aka Forest of Columbia owe us money . We gotta go back to court my daughter got her apt 5/2019 for 2 yrs the whole Pandemic they harassed her with threats of eviction. Evil evil evil people in the office refused to fix her heat or air for two years . Which she was pregnant they didn't give a damn. The evil money stealing pandemic check stealing appliance stealing lying illegally evicting residents Property Manager called her one Saturday an yelled in the phone just leave. Crazy but true New Management is still old management and maintenance ELLOWSTONE INC FAKE MANAGEMENT

I came to visit my friend from Memphis and she lived here a few months ago with her daughters and it was a smell of mold, there was rat feces in the corner, the walls had holes from the rats, they were eating all of her food, there were gunshots all night, old cones play as maintenance men. The office people are unprofessional and ratchet. Please, please, please don’t move here! It’s a Scam!!! The lady in the office has a friend in that also pretends to be here a scams new tenants out of money!

My rating is for the New Owners only!!! I’m so glad the new owners aren’t just trying to fill their pockets and want to fix the property up. They saw that it wasn’t something that they would live in and they don’t want nobody living in that. They’re probably gone tear it down and rebuild. Yes the tenants will suffer but hopefully they won’t have to suffer for long. I would like to talk to new management.

The Forest at Columbia is a decent place to live especially if you are like me and are on a serious budget. The apartments are very well keep and taken care of. I especially love the leasing office Karen and Terri are awesome. They are will to work with you and are very understanding when you may have a situation that pops up every now and than. Couldn't ask for better leasing agents. Also I can't forget about the maintenance men every time I have ever called including the weekends they have always came and got me situated. Even if they had to order the parts they gave me a temporary solution. For anyone that doesn't make a lot of money like me but wants a decent place to live. The Forest at Columbia is the place for you. I don't know what the place was like before I moved here but the yea
