It's okay for $300/week. It's a renovated Motel 6 so expect the size of a small hotel room. It's very clean and still smells like construction. The shower is very small with an immovable head so the water shoots at an awkward angle (and the pressure is very sharp), but it gets the job done! Right by the interstate but I had no issues with the noise being in a South-facing unit. Units are not soundproof to your neighbors by any means so if you're a Travel HCW working Nightshift, consider investing in earplugs. They have blackout shades but I put up my own curtains for extra privacy. For solo female travelers just be mindful that the price is low and attracts many kinds of people. Use your typical cautions. I have been in construction for 35 years ,traveled the states working jobe for months at a time. This has been the best experience I have had so far. Everything is clean and organized. I have never had to worry if I had a space to get my laundry done. With many machines at the ready there has never been a time I had to wait. There are grocery stores within a mile of this place. Expressway a block away. Target is the best I found for easy shopping for frozen dinners , shit I'm a carpenter never lit up that nice stove top burner they have to offer. Let's cook noodles lmao. OK it's a pull up to the door nice place that is secure. No thieves around. I had a truck with tools and the only thing that scared me ..... oh nothing.

Great for traveling professionals. Have been here for my entire contract, no complaints. Not a large space but not needed. Quiet and no issues. Definitely enjoy the convience of the washer and dryers here on location. Wifi, electricity water and all included. If any problems have arised they have been fixed quickly. Enjoyed my stay here.

Very Quiet, Clean room. Didn't raise rent for Sturgis. I like that you have too apply for a lease. I feel this kept it to traveling professionals. Could have pans, dishes etc. More comforts would be nice.

Moved in last week, and this place is absolutely amazing! They TOTALLY renovated the Motel 6 that was here, and they turned it into a very modern and beautiful apartment building, in fact my unit still has that "new construction smell"! Shana, the manager, is very friendly and helpful, and made my "moving in" process, quick and easy. If you're looking for a place to call home long or short term, this is the place for you! I couldn't be happier living here! On a side note, don't let the Google street view of this address fool you, it's of the old Motel 6, and it looks COMPLETELY different now. I was originally fooled until I drove by here and saw how amazing it looks now!
