The Flats Phase I

I live on union street. The people who live in these apartments have destroyed the area. There is so much trash everywhere. They cant even put their trash in the dumpster which the apartment provides. There has been mattresses and couches setting outside for months. It looks so trashy and disgusting. Dont even try walking in the grass because these people are too lazy to pick up after their dogs that they “cant afford to have”. This is subsidies housing, why are they allowed dogs? These apartments have destroyed this neighborhood and it will never be the same. ZERO STARS. Oh and the fire department gets called almost every other day to these apartments.

I would like to try to apply Iam 65 and have a house that has been condemned and I still haven't found nothing iam afraid my voucher my be lost I don't what iam going to do iam lost now

I stopped by this great looking apartment complex today looking for an apartment to rent and I was told by the property manager that they are full and they have a waiting list of 3 to 5 YEARS!!! LOL What a great way to turn people AWAY from the property. This is so wrong on so many different ways.

Every time I come to check on my application I get talked to so nasty I don't understand 1😡
