If you are not a smoker, DO NOT live here. Agree with the other reviewer about being prepared to inhale secondhand smoke. My apartment smelled like disgusting cigarettes no matter what I did and I know multiple other units had the same problem. My clothes, hair, towels, and bedding all smelled like smoke even though I've never smoked in my life. I was out of town for a weekend and when I got there and unpacked, all my clothes smelled like cigarettes, even after washing. It was so disgusting and disappointing. If you care about your health and wellbeing, do yourself a favor and find some roommates and live somewhere else. At the very least, make sure the unit you're getting has no smoke smell and that they didn't just cover it up with sprays and cleaning products. There are two other issu

I'll begin with the positive. This is a decent location, and I never had any problem with my neighbors who, at least by my estimation, were all decent people. The price is one of the best I can find available in town. It's close to the lowest if not the absolute lowest price for any place in Williamsburg proper. The tradeoff, however, is twofold. First, it is a tiny space with nothing except the barest essentials provided. Less than 300 square feet, and there's nothing inside except a toilet, counter, and stove. I seem to recall that there was a pool on the property, but it was never opened during the year or so that I was there, so I hardly took notice. The other tradeoff is service. DO NOT RENT HERE!! If you are middle class like me, live a working life and are looking for a somewhat affordable apartment… Please reconsider these apartments, as I give them a one star because I cannot give them a 0. Management is incredibly rude, unhelpful, and overall never available. Your issues will never get resolved. There are an infinite number of restrictions and you will be charged even just for breathing in the vicinity, it is a relatively quiet area yet the people are questionable and it sets an overall unpleasant vibe. I’ve had issues ranging from the doors to the sink to everything in between. You get what you pay for. This was my first place to move into and I would definitely recommend it if it is your first time. The management there is always 50/50 when you try and call, half the time they’re not even in the office during their hours. When I lived there noise was not necessarily an issue. Couldn’t hear people through the walls unless they are being extra loud. I would have to say my biggest issue however, we’re the ungodly amount of roaches I encountered. Had some falling on me while sleeping, in the AC unit, even in the fridge sometimes. I ended up buying like 3 different kind of bug killer and preventers with no luck. I grew up with this sort of thing so I was not bothered as much but if they are not your thing this is not the place for you. Overall, great price, great loc

Friendly and caring staff. This is a perfect community in Colonial Williamsburg. It is an affordable, safe and caring community to be apart of. Not to mention, the interior is brand new and modern that includes an outdoor pool, exercise room, laundry facility and more! I love it and want to thank the staff and owner for making a difference in the housing market.
