The Flats of River Ridge Apartments

I recently visited The Flats at River Ridge in Charlestown, Indiana, and had the pleasure of working with Francois, one of the sales consultants. He was incredibly helpful from start to finish. Very professional , knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. Francois took the time to explain every detail about the new apartment complex, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made the entire visit enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone who combines expertise with genuine enthusiasm and customer care. Highly recommend asking for Francois if you’re touring The Flats at River Ridge!

My experiences in this community have been exceptional. The entire process from first finding the apartment through move-in and beyond have been unmatched. Francois (black beard) is an amazing person. I had a medical emergency not long after moving in and he cared for me like family until the ambulance arrived. I couldn’t have asked for better attention. Skye had never met me and he treated me like family from the beginning. After the most recent snow the maintenance staff was out working to clear the parking lot,I think, before the snow even stopped. I had a lighting issue in my apartment yesterday and Ryan went above and beyond yesterday and had my issue fixed in a matter of minutes. I couldn’t be happier than with the entire staff and the apartments themselves are absolutely gorgeous.

My experience with Francois Frasquet at the River Ridge Apartments was wonderful ! He was so accommodating and welcoming when we came in. He took his time explaining things and listening to any questions or concerns. He found the perfect place for me and my dog. I am so happy to say that I will be moving in really soon. I cannot wait to get settled! And not to mention his beard!!!!! 😊😊

We truly have a dynamic duo here! Sky and Francois have been an incredible addition to our luxury apartment community. They are both friendly, outgoing, and genuinely take the time to connect with their residents. From day one, Sky has raised the standard by ensuring that community guidelines are not just written policies, but expectations that are consistently upheld. His leadership encourages everyone to take pride in their homes and shared spaces, which has made a noticeable difference. We also love that both Sky and Francois live on-site—it shows their commitment to the community.
