The staff at Charlestown flats are wonderful! It took less than a month to fill out applications have it processed and got an approval to get an apartment and got the keys the most fastest place I have applied for to get back an approval to get an apartment . Courtney and Marisa are such sweet and kind and helpful ! We are getting moved in now and we can’t wait to enjoy our new home ! Thank you for having me and my family here at Charlestown flats !
Most AMAZING management team EVER! Marisa and Courtney and the current management team Care about there tenants. They most definitely need more than 5 stars! Amazing Management Team all around!

No PEST CONTROL AS PROMISED! No access to community room or laundry room. Grounds are not kept tidy.
