The Flats in Coeur d'Alene

We had a great impromptu stay at The Flats! We had not planned to stop in CDA and consider ourselves fortunate to have continued me across The Flats! Super remodel, very well done, including an in room ice machine, noise machine and black out drapes. It was the perfect find after a long day of driving. Would definitely return/recommend!

Highly recommend the Flats! The renovations are absolutely gorgeous, the room was clean and well maintained, and service and location are top notch. My room included a washer and dryer, much needed after my first ten days of a month-long trip on the road. My stay wasn't very long - next time I'll plan better and stay here longer - but the kitchen was perfect for enjoying a couple of meals in. My only suggestion is blackout curtains in the bedroom, as alley and business lights from next door are bright and on all night.

Our air bnb at The flats in CDA was small, cozy and in walking distance of a bunch of stuff to do around town ! I had a great experience. The host was extremely responsive even for our last minute request. I highly recommend this spot if you are traveling by yourself or with always one other person! It’s a nice spot. We WILL be back !

The location is convenient and they did a great job or remodeling these places. A few downsides that took from our stay there. It presented clean but once we got settled in there were some cleanliness issues and all the outlets in the mini kitchen didn’t work so we had to move the microwave to the ground to heat up our food. Cleanliness wise there were stains on one of the pillows, the bathroom fan switch had make up smeared on it, the make face towel had hair wrapped up in it, the floor was definitely not mopped and we had to walk around in shoes the entire time and under the bed was disgusting. People’s make up, body sprays and trash/hair/dust was piled up under the bed. We also needed more TP and towels for a 4 day weekend stay. Like I said great location, close to downtown and walking

This location was perfect with a mini fridge, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, micro wave, wifi, wall mounted Vizio, climate control, quartz countertops and 🚿. Value Priced with Weekly options and free local transportation anywhere in Coeur D'alene Idaho until 5pm daily just across the street.
