The Flats @ Granite Reef

This is my home. (Eight years next month.) Natasha is the leasing agent in charge. She is kind, professional, straight forward and travels a tremendous distance everyday just to come to work. Anytime I have a problem with my apartment or anything else concerning the property here she acts on it. Her no nonsense approach to business is predictable and refreshing. She's one of a kind and she has a heart. I love my place and we have some vacancies. She also has a couple different price ranges you can take advantage of depending on your income. We have a pool we have a clubhouse game room area that sometimes we have painting classes in, and there's books . Skittle ball, pool table , and a television .The mailboxes are locked and also we have the bigger boxes for packages that are also locked.

These apts are the WORST in the 85257 area. My stove & oven are inoperable for 2YRS+. Failed inspection/City of Scottsdale. Written request × 3 & 1 oral request 2+ yrs ago. Assist Mng, Natasha REFUSES to repair my stove n oven. 2+ YRS! Obviously, she has no intention of doing so! Also reported by inspector, water leakage from bathroom thru bdrm closet thru to kitchen. Baseboards stain brown thru out. This resulted in mold in bdrm closet therefore. Ive never been able to hang my clothing to mold. Mold even on bottom shelf in bathroom cupboard cannot use that either. Ive had 3 burglaries resulting in 2k worth of my personal property. Accessed thru window due to poor quality screen n windows. Gain entry also thru frt door due to poor quality, unsafe locks.Only 1 outlet out of 2 work in kitche

"A quiet place to live" is BS. The walls are so thin I can hear my neighbor snoring up a storm every night. And every other morning, "maintenance" uses leaf blowers for over 3 hours straight starting at 7-8am. So much for getting sleep as a night shift worker. And apparently, that's the only thing maintenance knows how to do cuz they never fail to leaf blow every morning but can't do any other task like fix a leaking faucet.

AWFUL!!! There's a huge bird problem, birds always walking, flying, and pooping around everywhere. And someone is always smoking weed and it smells so bad when I step outside. Plus, you can never find parking. People in one single bedroom apartment somehow own four unregistered cars and park them and not move for DAYS! IDK what management is doing with rent money because it clearly doesn't go to maintenance, which practically doesn't exist or do a thing except walk/drive around loudly.

Love my apartment here at the flats ! Property managers are so nice and helpful also maintenance is on time n get ur work order completed and leave u feeling happy and grateful ur problem is gone thank you. It's so peaceful here
