The Flats Dallas

I would like to say Mrs. Melanie Lopez she made sure to accommodate my busy schedule to go view an apartment .she was very informative about the property she is a very sweet girl and polite gave me a breakdown, but then speaking with the manager there she was very rude. Kind of degrading talking down to me as we were asked about past leasing just very rude. I believe her name was Crystal is one of the reasons I didn’t move there

Great place to live , very affordable and home was updated with all amenities. Not to mention it’s under new management and I see the improvements they are making to the property. Very excited about the change and I love my new home .

Great new renovations! Best quality interior in the area. This is under new management and they are great! Great community and hidden complex.

The flats is a horrible place to live. They kept my deposit even though I returned the apartment in great shape. I did leave early because of constant power outages, ongoing construction in the apartment next to me which consisted of constant loud noises day and night. Sometimes the water came out dirty or not at all. The A.C. kept going out. It was way over priced. It's dangerous with drug and prostitution activity. No one is hardly ever in the office. Security gates don't work. It's just a slum in the hood.
