The Flats at Westover Hills by Cortland

I've lived here for a couple of years and it's been great. The location is so convenient with access to many different major highways. I can make it to the gate at Lackland in under 10 minutes! The office and maintenance people are friendly and quick to help. I love that the pool, it's always clean and so peaceful.

Living at this apartment complex has been an absolute delight! The office staff are not just nice, but genuinely helpful, making every interaction a pleasure. Maintenance is fast and make sure issues are resolved promptly. The addition of food trucks and events adds a nice touch to community life, making it feel like a true neighborhood. The 24-hour fitness center is a game-changer, especially for my late-night workouts. During the summer the pool has never been closed for maintenance, don’t know how they do it! Overall, I couldn't ask for a better place to call home!

Being new to San Antonio it was scary looking for a great place to stay. My family and I have been the Flats at Westover by Cortland for a year and had an amazing experience. They have awesome front office staff, Brandi and Nancy are amazing. They also kept a clean environment and maintenance was very responsive. I have no complaints and I would definitely recommend.

After living in my house for 33 years, I never imagined living in an apartment. The Flats at Westover Hills is the place to choose if you are looking for a peaceful, safe, and awesome environment. I wish I could live here forever and want to thank Nancy, Briana, and Terrell for always taking care of us and making us feel so welcome and also for giving Rona, our dog, treats and making her feel their love!! :)

Ms. Christina was a breath of fresh air. Her efforts to find us the perfect apartment was truly appreciated. Other leasing agents at other properties did not make the effort or show the concern that Christina did. She continues to provide us with courteous and prompt service. Our stay here has been a pleasure. This property is under very good management.
