The Flats at SoMa

Lived here for 6 months now and is definitely my favorite place I’ve lived in Little Rock. Staff and maintenance crew are top shelf and always keeps things above and beyond. They offer tons of amenities and some of the best sunrise/sunsets you’ll ever see.

Best apartment building ever. Julie and Sarah are the most amazing people, extremely helpful, informative regarding the building, and quick to respond. Amenities are extraordinary. Boxing gym, pickleball, gym, and pool. I love living here & the community we’ve got within the building. Would recommend to anyone considering.

Moved here about 6 months ago, and it's been really great living here. The building is conveniently located, with bright, airy, elegantly spacious units (that are notably quiet), great tenants, and an excellent array of amenities. Also, wonderful staff - particularly Julie and Sara in the main office. If you're considering moving here, I highly recommend it!

Absolutely love these new apartments! Everything is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The building is well maintained, the amenities are great, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable new place to live.

10/10 Recommend. They Keep The Lobby & Amenities Clean. The Community Of People Are All Nice. The Staff Are Always Very Helpful & Responsive. The Even Cleared The Parking Lot On The Days We Got Snowed In .. Making It Easier For The Residents! Peaceful, Fun, & Enjoyable Environment. Best Decision I've Made.
