The Flats at River Mill

The apartments are beautiful and spacious. I’ve been here for years and it’s been a very pleasant place to live. The resident manager Jaki is amazing, he works hard to keep residents happy. If you have any maintenance issues they are dealt with in a very timely manner. I would recommend The Flats at River Mill to anybody looking for a peaceful place to live.

We have been living here for bout one year now and I will say the staff and maintenance are awesome. As for the apartment I’m sure it will depend, the one we received got a new stove/oven, new washer and dryer and a new fridge. We have not found much of a bug problem but I will say we do see spiders a lot which I wouldn’t doubt due to the river and trees in the back. If we ever did encounter bugs we immediately reported it to maintenance and they acted quickly, same thing with any other issues we would have regarding the apartment, which is the reason I will give them a five star. Parking is also very limited and I suggest you get a reserved parking spot. During the day there’s always plenty, after 5pm it’s when it becomes difficult to find parkin, which we haven’t had any issues but to ot

I’ve been living here for over two years and still counting. This place is so comfortable and secure even thought some Grand larceny tried to tarnish the reputation of this place by stealing cars tires but security majors were taken which brought back the usual security guarantees NEEDED. I’m happy because I feel safe again and again for the safety majors that were taken. I think I will refer a friend if they’re looking for something better anyway. friendly, courteous staff; zero bug and rodent issues; my unit has a washer/dryer combo that does not get my clothes dry and I end up drying them at the laundromat :( pricing is comparable for the area; quiet neighborhood.

Stay away!!! Went in and toured the property. Staff very kind! The tour unit was beautiful and we were so happy and excited to move in. We were told to pay early and sign the lease which we did no problem. $3810 later. We get the keys and walk into a unit that is a mess! Burnt counters, stabbing holes in the floor and more. Not to mention ROACHES!!!!! I immediately called and brought the keys back. I calmly asked if there was another apt available. They said sure same building. I said no. They are infested and we would not be moving in. They said we had to because we signed the lease. I said no we did the walk through and the apartment was infested and filthy and we would not be accepting it. They have all of my money and talking about they need to talk to corporate Monday.
