Foxborough Estates

Whenever we have friends over for the first time, their initial comment upon walking through the door is "Wow, it's so nice here!" We have lived here for a year now and could not be happier. We moved from out of state last year and it took two exhausting months of apartment hunting to finally find this place. I am so glad we did! Not only is it GORGEOUS inside and out, it is also extremely affordable. We pay less here in rent than we were offered at many of the run-down apartment complexes we toured and, unlike so many of the obnoxious luxury apartments that charge high fees to use absolutely anything, we love that there are no hidden fees here. The staff in the office are extremely kind and helpful. The grounds are well-kept and the maintenance crew are quick to respond to requests. The

Foxborough Estates is a good place to live. I like my neighbors, the front office staff and the maintenance crew. The property manager, Sammie, is awesome! I’ve been here since May 2025 and I don’t regret my decision. My one bedroom is comfy and in good condition. Oh yeah, the location is perfectly centered between Columbia and Laurel with convenient access to HWY 1 and HWY 32. Plus, the town of Savage is a nice community and quiet place to live. The Savage Mill shopping center, park and trails are good places to visit.

Lived here for 4 years and very happy with the 2 BR 1.5 BA - loved the full size washer with dryer above on a built-in shelf to maximize space in the kitchen. The balcony is a good size able to accommodate a nice table and chairs. Layout allows various furniture configurations and the walkin closet in the master bedroom is a plus. Office staff was informative and friendly; important notices were left in a bag on your door. Maintenance was very responsive and considerate. Grounds are well maintained including the pool. Could not ask for a better location so close to 32 and 95 yet in small historic Savage with so many events within walking distance. Was very pleased even though I had downsized from a house!

I lived in the apartment complex for two years and enjoyed my renting experience! The managent team was always very friendly, professional, and responsive. The maintenance team can get very busy, but they still consistently followed up on my requests. Many of my neighbors were nice as well. Sometimes I enjoyed friendly conversation with them and appreciated one family’s offer to to help me with small tasks as needed. Walls are decently insulated and fairly sound-resistant. Minus the occasional insect, I had no rodent or pest issues. Appliances are dated, but work well. Definitely saw my electricity bill go down after my AC unit was replaced. Parking is not assigned, so in the evening, getting a spot close to your apartment unit depends on which building you live in. Due to the layout o
