The Flats at Olmos

Okay so the water gets turned off every other day. Going to WAR with roaches and mice. Luckily I've been way quicker to the punch than the management has so I guess that problem is solved, BTW their exterminator spends 15 seconds spraying the apartment and after I brought up that I LITERALLY HAVE MICE nothing was done nobody showed up so ya more money out of my pocket for issues that they cause. HOLES IN THE FLOOR ON MOVE IN. Honestly I cannot believe it. It took me 3 months to get the keys to my mailbox. And just to top it off good morning no hot water hope your ready to start your day with a cold shower because that's what its like living here. I mean literally bring jugs of water because you will go without running water for hours and hopefully the hot water will work too Ceiling fan do

The grounds are always well maintained and the staff is professional and friendly. The pool area is a nice feature.

I would not move here roaches, parties at pool on weekends not just until 10pm pretty much when they decide to end it! So on that note pool is pretty much open all night! The grounds are dirty food is everywhere trash! They feed stray cats and food is left so it attracts the roaches and flies! The laundry facility is a joke one washer is unplugged! That is even dirty! So 950 a month for what?? No parking everyone just parks all there vehicles there! It should be one vehicle per household then the other vehicle should be on street! Kids are playing in walkways. Residents are drinking beer on walkways listening to loud music u can't hear your tv!! The roaches is what did it for me and the loud music and parties! Also I have to go home my son has cancer and I shouldn't have to pay a fee to

We have lived here going on 3 years. Over those 3 years, there has been multiple managers who didn't do their job. Recently, the newest manager, Melissa, who has been here roughly 5 months has taken care of everything that the other 4-5 managers couldn't, or should I say, wouldn't take care of. Pest control, maintenance, all of it gets done with her here! They are doing renovations to all of the property, making it more family friendly. They've installed barbecue pits and fixed the pool on the main building. They've brought in pool chairs and tables, placed little waste stands and re did the parking lots. They are improving these apartments week by week. I am much happier with the management and improvements this time around than I ever have been with any of the other management that has b
