The Fitzgerald Camino Real

I recently moved into The Fitzgerald, and I couldn't be happier with my experience so far. From day one, the entire staff has been incredibly welcoming and responsive - any questions or minor issues I've had were addressed immediately and professionally. The amenities are truly top-notch, and everything throughout the property is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully cared for. The community itself is very quiet and peaceful, which makes it a wonderful place to come home to. I also want to specifically recognize Jennifer for going above and beyond for me several times already - most recently - a package of mine was initially marked as missing, and she personally took the time to locate it and deliver it to me herself. I’ve lived in luxury apartments in Delray for years. When we purchased a business more south, we moved here mainly for convenience and location. After almost two years, we’re honestly very happy to be Moving out. Here are a few things to consider before choosing this building: 1. Fire alarms go off a lot!!!! day or night, including the middle of the night. If you have a pet this is extremely stressful for them. Unbearable loud. 2. Guest parking is a mess. It’s very limited, hard to find, and they charge a lot for it. If you rarely have guests, it might be manageable, but otherwise it’s frustrating. I recommended the building to a friend before moving myself, and her boyfriend has been fined multiple times and even had his car towed. My dad stayed overnight once and received a warning in t

Not happy with my experience here, High reviews do not suit this building. Lets start with the worst, Fire alarms are a big issue in this building. They always go off on the whole building at 4am 7am 2pm. During the past couple of days fire alarms have been a big issue in this building. Amentias are okay but do not suit the average rent. Everything closes at 9pm sharp which is inconvenient. When workers enter your unit for inspection they do not lock your door. No after hours support, The ladies at the office are nice big props to Lora she was very nice. The only pros I see with this building is it is fairly new with a good office/ work area and a decent gym. Yet again paying around 3.4k a month for rent I would expect a higher level of amenities such as a real sauna not a electric

Fitzgerald Camino Real is a five star residence, with full and functional amenities. Had a few requests of maintenance and that was just flawless and fast! All amenities work great, which is rare on apartments.. I need to add Maribel here! She was so helpful, friendly and gave all information we needed, maybe a few times patiently. It did not end there, when I have a question, she is still there to help me. I love this apartment.

The Fitzgerald is such a great place to live! It’s super clean, the neighbors are friendly, and the staff is amazing. The leasing office team was so kind, professional, and helpful with me and my family — they really made everything easy and stress-free. My special thank you for Maribel that was amazing throughout the entire process and after it. Highly recommend!
