This may be long, but I have to be accurate and honest. My experience with the Align community has been nothing short of amazing. Olliver and Nikki are true angels and phenomenal ambassadors of what I am learning to be life as a Floridian. Very personable, knowledgeable and empathetic. Also their response to general inquires about the city and maintenance request are handled professionally and in a very timely manner. The Fisher is an amazing community. Neighbors are reminding me what southern charm and hospitality really is. A surprise I was not expecting was not only are there in-unit washers and dryers but there is a laundry area for residents as well. There is a cute dog play area that our girls get so excited about. Timeline: On June 30, 2024, I began renting from Align Communities, at "The Waverly." From the moment I took possession of the unit, until the present, Align Communities has been in blatant violation of my lease and numerous Florida statutes. On January 10, 2026, I began informing other tenants—using publicly available State of Florida records—how to independently verify apartment license status, preserve documents, and file complaints if they chose to do so. Living in this community was the best year of my life. This place was the epitome of a family community. I loved my neighbors when I lived at Fisher. I am often the type of person who becomes besties with the person next door because well, you're sharing a patio so you might as well enjoy a cup of coffee together. I saw the same faces every day and before long we were meeting up at the community dog park every evening, and the grills every weekend like clockwork. There were countless nights spent on different neighboring back patios sharing laughs over a brew under the stars. I would move back here in a heart beat.
