The Finley

I have lived at The Finley for almost a year now, and I can honestly say it has been one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. The office team is exceptional. They are professional, kind, and most importantly human. They truly listen to their residents and go above and beyond to help when life gets complicated. It is rare to find a management team that balances professional excellence with genuine empathy, but the team here does it effortlessly. The complex itself is beautiful and very well-maintained. The maintenance crew is fast and efficient. I highly recommend The Finley. It has been a blessing to call this place home, and I’m so grateful for the wonderful team that runs it!

Great tour and information given by Denver! He is very knowledgeable and will work hard to find the answers to your questions. Apartments look well kept and the owners take pride in making sure tenants are comfortable and have everything needed, especially families.

I gave a 4 star because of improvement of Tricia... The previous maintenance man (I forgot his name) and Ashley were NOT IT!! They were NOT fixing things properly, causing mold and mildew in my apartment because they were too busy going to the bar early after work (and I have pics of any thing arisies) been here over a year and Tricia had been the absolute best with the understanding and getting things fixed. She is awesome at what she does!!! She's down to Earth and tells it like it is!! And I love that!!

I’ve been a resident at Finley Apartments for about 6 months and it has been a great experience. The staff is always professional, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I have a question or request. The community is well-kept and I’ve felt very comfortable living here. Overall, I highly recommend Finley Apartments for anyone looking for a reliable and supportive place to call home

Denver was very very thorough and very honest during the tour. His presentation was impeccable and he was very polite he did an amazing job.
