The architecture, attention to detail, and care put into the design and construction of The Finch is so impressive! I design dream homes and consult for developers for a living, and I doubt 10% of new apartments built in Oak Cliff have as much thought put into them as these do. It's like an oasis in a desert. These weren't built to make a buck. These were built to give people a beautiful place to live that doesn't break the bank. I love the peacefulness and the connection to nature everywhere you look. I like how the buildings are angled for optimum views and light...unlike most complexes that feel like a grid. The office staff was extremely unfriendly. My fiancé and I stopped by as walk-ins, and I’ve honestly never felt more unwelcome during a tour. The leasing consultant with red hair seemed irritated from the start, as if she didn’t want us there. She asked about our desired move-in date and floor plan preference. When I mentioned we were looking for a two-bedroom, she responded with a snarky expression and said, “Oh, we don’t have any.” During the tour, she even answered a phone call and said, “Oh nothing, just on a tour,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. We ended up touring a one-bedroom, and it was beautiful — very modern with a great layout. She did mention that another two-bedroom would be available on Saturday, which we appreciated. Terisha is a Very Smart Woman. She Took her time and showed me every apartment that I wanted to see even twice if I wanted to go back and I appreciated that because all of the other places that I look for they didn’t have the time to even answer the phone, but she would always answer the phone and get back to me in a timely fashion. She got my paperwork approved, and I moved in immediately from California because my apartment in California burned down and I couldn’t afford to move in California and she helped me to relocate my family. I was able to get my car shipped here and my furniture. I got a $250 gift card and almost $3000 off of my rent for the year so that may me be able to upgrade my apartment to a bigger spacious apartment and pay lower monthly fees. So I wanted to wait atleast a month so I can write an honest review of my experience here and let’s just say it’s been great. From the first time I spoke with Terisha was super helpful and really went out of her way to help me. Vicky also from the office was super friendly and help guide me through the leasing process. Once moved in nothing changed they kept being super helpful and available for anything we needed. The apartment and the property are clean the people are nice it’s honestly a great vibe here and a great place. I’ve been very happy and can honestly say I made the right choice.

Hello! Hoping to hear from someone. Ive called and left voicemail on 3 separate occasions with no follow up. I toured, paid and applied for apartment and never heard back after the 1 call I was provided. I am seeking a refund of what I paid, $250. Nothing wrong with the property, communication is just challenging. I have decided to go with another property. Review update - I have only ever received 1 contact attempt, and I've followed up multiple times and left voicemails. I have not received anything else outside of 1 call. An email was never received. I'd like to see it forwarded if so.
