They never answer the phone for an office that has office hours when you call it’s an off site call service. You have to walk down there for them to tell you to come back later. I call, get put on hold, the women never comes back to the phone. I’ve never in my life experienced an onsite office incapable of multitasking with more than one person in the office, they want to renovate the gym that mind you is not secured, they smoke weed and do drugs in there and there is no cameras and a better use of money would be to paint these hallways. This is a good place to live for the moment but as much as you pay in rent I assure you, you can go elsewhere. When it snowed they only did the front so by street view it looks like they did something mind you the people in the back properties were trapped

OMG, where do I start? Let me start by saying that I am glad the lease will be ending soon. This place is unsafe and dirty. The kitchen sink grinder broke, and there was water backing in the sink from this. It took maintenance three months to fix it. The bathtub has clogged numerous times and still retains some water while taking a shower. The walls have been painted over so many times that when you close some doors, they stick, and it is hard to open. Doors screech when opening and closing, which may be caused by worn-out hinges. Trash dumpsters are always overflowing, and the recycling one is very small and always filled with regular trash. There is always someone in the laundry room who should not be there because they kick open the door. Have found people smoking, drinking, and smoking

A few days ago I visit the fields of Alexandria with my friend Rosa to view an apartment. This leasing office was very welcoming. Natalia and Tharzis provided professional and great customer services. I recommend this place and they both speak Spanish which help my friend because she understood the application process. Hopefully she will be moving soon to this great community.

The worst place to live in Alexandria! I can’t wait for the lease ends soon so we can move out of here immediately. If you have an emergency service be prepared to sit and wait for days until they take care of your “emergency”, management and maintenance people careless about residents satisfaction. Our AC unit is not working since July 3rd it is 100 degrees out there imagine how hot is inside the apartment I have two kids … nobody cares! Today is July 7th and nothing happened. Run away from the idea of living in such a horrible/old/infested/careless/expensive place like this.

It's a decent place to live for a start off. Income based apartment community. They could definitely use some renovations (especially the buildings in the rear of this development) . I'm pretty sure management is aware, whether it will happen is a different story, that's up to kettler. Overall, i can imagine it's cool if you're in the front buildings (guest parking is in the front which is convenient for residents in the front). They have a rear parking lot as well but they no longer issue guest passes for that parking lot, so your guest will have to detour a bit if you live in the back . It's also a little bit of a nuisance with the rear buildings as deliveries companies can't find certain buildings, or are too scared to travel to the back apartments all together. This is my second year h
