T the apartments are spacious and the location is amazing. Front desk and management are amazing! Kimmy and Owen are always ready to help out at the front desk. They're quick on maintenance requests too.

Attended a Valentine’s Day event there and had a lot of fun! The office staff, including Aidan, Sel, and Eoin, is always ready and willing to help. They hold these events often which really foster a good community common space.

I like living here. Since the place amenities got re done due to new management I have enjoyed my stay thus far at the Feywild. I love Waffle Wednesdays. The new gym is amazing and convenient. I also love that the trash rooms turned into study rooms and if you didn’t live there before the change, you could never tell the change. I also enjoy the little events held in the lobby. They help build community in a positive way. I don’t like that before moving in I was in aware of a charge for valet trash was an additional charge each month. I also have yet to receive a mail key and I’ve been here almost 5 months now. I wish we had some shuttle service on Sundays and there were more hours on Saturday. Thanks Feywild🙃

This is an absolutely terrible place to live. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. My experience was a nightmare from the very first day. When I arrived to move in, the apartment was nowhere near ready. It was filthy, disgusting, and completely unlivable. The mattress was absolutely disgusting, with visible filth on it when I first arrived — something no one should ever have to deal with. When I complained, the manager said it would be cleaned “in an hour,” even though it was already late in the evening and I had nowhere to stay that night. Even after they “cleaned,” the apartment was still dirty, and I had to clean it myself just to make it somewhat livable. From day one, the manager was mentally harassing and dismissive. Update- I have tried to reach out to The Feywild and the continuously ignore my emails. I got a response saying I would get the gift card and then nothing. The response to this review was to contact them- there is no phone number to contact them. Stay away My son has lived here for 2 years the first year was great no issues. New apartment and nice amenities. This year he is in the older area which isnt great for the price paid but the apartment itself is fine. The management office however is horrible. There is no actual phone number to call someone it goes to an AI system which you never get a phone call from. The constantly mess up the billing. When I signed up for my lease I was supposed to get a $500 gift card. The said it was going to come in September, then October and now No
