I have had a great experience with this group and they have truly made my experience starting my lease on my new apartment truly one to be notable of. Especially Alex. You made this experience so great. Alex helped me secure my new home in just about a week while I was in a pinch.

The Good: - Maintenance team was incredibly responsive - Property management team was easy to reach and communicative The Bad: - The spacious, fenced-in backyard, promoted to be as a lovely place to let my dog run free, was littered with trash and broken beer bottle remnants - Parking was impossible, as the property was next to one of the most popular pizza restaurants in New Haven - Neighbors were not friendly and were loud The Ugly: - Was threatened by the bar next door after parking in front of his patio. I had to call the police as I felt I was in danger. The takeaway: - Do your research before you lease with these guys. Some of these properties have potential, but the apartment that I rented made it an incredibly long six months.

I have been with Farnam for more than 10 years. They are great people and provide excellent service. I want to specifically thank Johnny. He is awesome!

I cannot recommend Farnam to anyone looking for safe, reliable housing in New Haven. After two years as a tenant, I have experienced serious safety issues that were never properly addressed. The staff behavior has been completely unprofessional and unsafe. Maintenance workers made inappropriate comments about my body, creating an unsafe environment in my own home. On the same occasion, staff let my service dog out of my apartment off-leash, then denied it happened while my dog was missing. Management is completely unresponsive to serious concerns about staff conduct. Beyond these safety concerns, I filed over 15 repair requests for ongoing bathroom problems that were never properly fixed, only temporarily patched. I was left without functioning bathroom facilities for days at multiple time

I have had the absolute best experience renting from Farnam! They have been nothing but helpful and professional anytime I have gotten the pleasure of working with them. Carol is the best and she will go above and beyond for her tenants every time!
