The Falstaff

I honestly believe The Falstaff is a top 5 apartment complexes in Raleigh if not the best. Since I moved in, I have been greeted with nothing but courtesy and competency. The location is spot on, placed literally behind Wake Med. It gives the quality privacy and serenity you need nearing downtown. It’s easy to access Capital as well. Utilities and amenities are spot on, I’m a personal trainer and I never seen a fitness center in an apartment complex like this ever. Top-notch equipment, better than going to Planet Fitness seriously! There’s a rooftop pool with a great view, nice for an evening swim. Apartments are well designed and honestly worth every penny. The flagstaff accommodates to all walks of life and the staff is excellent at tackling issues that arise daily. The office is top notch at handling tenants and the interactions are superb. A pleasant community to dwell in

Samantha and all the office staff/Falstaff Team have been so helpful and kind! We love living here! The apartments are super spacious and bring in so much natural sunlight all throughout the day! Maintenance is speedy quick whenever we need them and the facility/all resident areas are kept clean. We love the gym and are excited for the pool to open this summer! If you are looking for a safe and quiet community this is the place to be!

Living at Falstaff Apartments has been an absolute pleasure! The staff, especially Samantha, are incredibly friendly and responsive, always addressing any concerns promptly. My apartment is well-maintained, and the amenities like the fitness center, pool, and garage parking are top-notch. The neighborhood is quiet yet conveniently located near great shops and restaurants, making it the perfect place to call home. I feel incredibly safe and welcomed in this neighborhood. I'm confident that I made the best decision with moving to the Falstaff.
