The Falls at Hunters Pointe

I had a great experience staying at the Falls! The management team is very friendly and helpful. Silvia and Jennifer do an excellent job managing the property. I truly appreciate the accommodations they have provided for me. I also don’t want to forget to mention the maintenance team—they are amazing. Whenever I had an issue, Marco and his team were quick and responsive, especially after hours. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m very appreciative!

I would not recommend anyone living here. It was a nightmare moving in. My apartment smelled like smoke (I had asked them to fix it before the move in date but they did not). I then had to stay in a temporary apartment for a day and then switch to a new one. The only good thing was Cheyenne did give me rent back for the inconvenience. The walls are so thin. You can hear everything going on with your neighbors(fights, when people have a birthday, vacuuming, coughing, etc). My apartment was infested with spiders for a month. (I was killing on average 2 a day). I put in multiple requests to get pest control but no one answered. I had to go into the office and complain to get them to send pest control. Worst apartment complex I have ever been in. Please do not take your children and family. unhealthy dirty,Unmaintenance,Do not recommend call the office. That's a joke. They will never answer. they have parking but you will have to pay for it inconvenience for visitors And if you have a problem They won't help you fix the problem. But they will upcharge you like there's no other outdated, just not good falls apartments more like falling aport complex STAY AWAY

I recently toured the apartments while looking for a place. The prices on their website do not reflect how much the apartments actually are. I was told a "special' was running and then the rent would be increased by almost $200. They also added on $250 in required monthly fees which is also not described or mentioned on their website. In addition to these the apartment did not reflect how it looked on the photos on their website.
