He was patient with me for a couple of years, answering questions as I prepared to take this step. Once I had man an offer he was there every step of the way, kept me informed during the process, and in the end, closed on the house in three weeks.

The experience was disappointing. Communication could have been clearer, I assumed copies were taken of my personal documents and wasn’t informed to bring my personal tax returns again so my visit was a waste of time. Better organization would have made the process smoother.
