The Falls at Brookhaven Apartments

Everything has been great since I've started my experience at the Falls! Hunter has been very accommodating! Kind and patient, as well! I am moving in later this month & I look forward to my time there.

My boyfriend and I have been living here for almost a year love how quick and easy our maintenance guys are and how nice and reliable our office staff is but one thing I feel like have gotten down hill is that there is dog poop everywhere it wasn’t like this when we first moved in and it’s so sad to see everytime I leave my home and the second one is this is the first apartment complex I lived in that they don’t salt the sidewalks and we have to do it ourselves

I was the first to lease and move in when the complex opened May 2013. I just signed a new 12 month lease that starts June 1, 2024. The complex has a few times had a frequent change in managers and leasing agents but for the most part they have all been good. The ones we have now are excellent. I’ve only had a few maintenance requests and they have always been fast to fix the problem. The maintenance crews have always been friendly and competent. The complex is located in the nicest part of Norman. We have little to no crime and when we do see police it is usually a tenants domestic problem and very seldom do we have that. I have never seen a roach nor ants in my apartment. Exterminators are scheduled on a regular basis without my request. I always allow them to spray my apartment. My apar

This apartment complex is the best. I have lived in several apartment complexes over the years, have been living here for almost 3 years, and this one is one of my favorites. Nice and quiet on the west side of Norman. Everyone keeps to themselves for the most part, yet there is still a sense of community with events taking place regularly. Any request for maintenance or anything else of that nature has always been handled promptly for me. Also, the location is extremely safe and taken care of well. The only thing I may not love is the mandatory inspections. But all they do is come in and change your filters and check alarms etc., and will not open a closed door. Other than that tiny inconvenience, I would 10/10 recommend living here especially for the price.

I moved into the falls at Brookhaven at the beginning of the year and it has been absolutely wonderful. Denise and Amanda both were quick and prompt at getting me moved in. I moved into a 2bed 2bath. The apartment is nice and spacious and has a lot of updated amenities. The rooms are large and fits my king sized bed with a lot of space left over. The maintenance team is also extremely nice and get any maintenance issues fixed quickly. The community is quit and laid back and I enjoy the fact that they are always looking to improve the community and have things for us too do like the new gardening boxes that are being put in.
