The Falls at 124 Water

Great place to live with a real sense of community. Most neighbors are friendly, and the location is perfect and you can walk to restaurants, grocery stores, doctors, dentists, the mall, and even downtown. Gyms are just a short drive away. The amenities are a big plus with a pool, basketball court, soccer field, lounge, and community room. The gym is smaller but has plenty of cardio equipment. Staff is always attentive and quick to handle any issues. The manager Kelly is amazing, she is extremely helpful and very kind. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to call home!

I’m in my 5th year living at The Falls. The staff are amazing, attentive, they know their tenants and do their best to ensure we live as comfortably as possible. During inclement weather the maintenance team is here - making sure we can get around and out if needed, you know it’s a good sign when your dogs are excited to see them. The office team is attentive and understanding. Our units are well maintained, updated and comfortable. I enjoy living here so much I’ve recommended others close to me do the same.

I wanted to say thank you to the maintenance staff especially Bob, and Jaun. From fixing my plumbing issue to the snow rescue! These guys have been very quick to respond. Even when the snow rescue was not a maintenance issue! That’s what I call a caring response! Jill, Melissa and Kelly thank you for always answering my questions and assisting me with all of the things.. everyone I have interacted with has been so helpful in every aspect of a tenant life and issues. My overall experience so far has been positive and wonderful. I LOVE LIVING IN THE FALLS…

Safe enough to live. Not enough to get packages though. Thin walls. Smelly halls. Fine if you need a place but the laundry also sucks, the water is cold. I am excited to move. Staff is nice. Gym is nice.

I’ve been living in this community for nearly 17 years now. I have three children, and this is the place they’ve always known as home. They love the amenities — a pool, basketball court, soccer field, dog park, and gym — all of which my 10 and 17-year-olds make full use of. It’s truly every kid’s dream. The management team we’ve had for the past five or six years has been a huge improvement. They’ve made the community much more family- and kid-friendly. I mean what other complexes have you heard of that organizes an ice cream truck to come and hand out free ice cream to their community every summer? They also, on occasion plan arts and crafts, treats on the holidays for the kids and, sometimes scavenger hunts with prizes. The last fun thing they did was decorating a pumpkin to place outsi
