Expect to pay upwards of $250-300 for 2 bedroom apartment in addition to the rent amount they tell you. There are hidden charges. Also, expect to have your water shutoff without notice. There are no rules and regulations, everyone just does whatever they want.
As patient as I have been with this situation, “elegant apartment living” has not been my experience. There’s nothing pretty about this. When I toured 2 months ago, there were no vacant units available. I toured models. These model apartments are only good to understand square footage. Nothing you see will be like your apartment, including the appliance colors, appliances, nor the condition of the apartment. I’ve been a resident for 19 days and this has been a saga since Day 1. Although my leasing agent completed a walk-through, I can only presume she literally walked through. My apartment reeked of cigar/cigarette smoke. Although I reported this immediately, maintenance states they learned of this on Day 6 and yet even knowing my health concerns, resolved it on Day 13 after I sent an es
By far, the worst apartment complex I’ve lived at! My husband and I have lived here over a year and have definitely noticed a lot of problems within the first couple of months of us moving here. - Leasing office never answers the phones during hours of operation. - Amenities are never up to par. Gates are always broken. The pet stations never have any doggy bags to pick up after your animal yet they send out emails telling people to pick up after their pets. Not making up excuses for people not picking up after them, but providing poop bags would certainly help eliminate the problem. The tennis courts never have nets up. They never clean up the property grounds. There’s always trash on the grounds. Don’t even get me started on the pool situation. Let’s just say, there’s no telling when or
Don’t believe the pictures you see on the website! The pools are not opened and don’t look like they will for a long time, if ever. There is no longer a gym on site. The building was cleared out for “renovation” two years ago, and remains an empty construction zone. The pools are currently dark green with various animals living in the water. I’ve asked the management staff several times about when the pools will reopen, and the only answer I’ve gotten is”we’ll send out an email when the pools open”. From the looks of it, it probably won’t happen this year, if ever. Very very disappointed with this place. As much as they charge for rent, they should be providing at least the things that they’re advertising. Don’t waste your money. There are plenty other places close by with better service
I signed a lease for one year, I’m about halfway in and already regretting it. The staff is rude (exception being Brian) it’s a “gated community” but the gate has only worked a handful of times since I’ve been here. The pool was green for the last part of the summer so I didn’t get to enjoy it. The dog station by the apartment was overflowing and bags of dog poop started to pile on the ground under it (with peoples own bags because the bag dispenser was empty) it remained like that for MONTHS. Absolutely disgusting. Why am I paying for a gated community, a pool, a maintained station for my dog when none of these things have been operational. Let’s also mention the water outages. I have woken up for work multiple times and go to turn on the shower and… nothing, I have to go out of my way to
