I have lived here for 3 months, I have always hated apartments but I want to say this place is beautiful!! The grounds are kept up beautifully, Your management and maintenance staff are wonderful, friendly kind helpful!! You do such wonderful things for your tenants from dinners, Breakfast bags, Free coffee in the clubhouse amazing coffee!!! The apartment is wonderful. It’s a really nice size little patio !! I just wanna thank you and tell you what a wonderful wonderful place that is❤️😀

I come from the overcrowded, freezing in the winter and hot and humid in the summer city of New York, so this is paradise. I moved to The Fairways five years ago. I had never lived in a complex before, so I didn't know what to expect. I've been pleasantly surprised every time. From the maintenance and office staff to the actual premises, I'm very happy to be living here. It feels like a family.

The Fairways is a very clean apartment complex and gated. It has three pools and has security that walks throughout the complex. Office staff is friendly and helpful.

Scorpions everywhere. The gates are perpetually broken: either unresponsive to the gate clicker, stuck open, or close prematurely while you're still driving through. The air conditioning, one of the TVs, two of the ceiling fans, and at times a machine or two in the gym have been broken for the past 2 years. The staff are friendly and very quick to respond to emails and phone calls. That, I appreciate.

I have been a resident here for a year, and while the staff is excellent and the property itself is beautiful, I can no longer overlook the serious pest issues I’ve encountered. Despite my best efforts, I’ve been dealing with scorpions 🦂 falling from the air vents, rats 🐀 scurrying around while I walk my dog, and cockroaches🪳 invading my home. The pest control technician admitted that there isn’t much he can do to resolve the problem, and it’s become a safety concern for both myself and my dog. The floors are brown, making it difficult to spot the scorpions, which are venomous. While I can’t outright advise against living here, I recommend walking the property at night when the pests are most active. Scorpions, roaches, and rats roam freely.
