The Fairways Apartments

Great experience living here!! The picture below is of movie night hosted by the management. Excellent place to live and Jennifer (Manager) has a great team with amazing turn around time on service requests!

I love the Fairway’s!! The apartments are very clean and well kept. If you should need maintenance, there team is superior to all I have seen. They are always there the day I call. I can’t say enough about our office staff! They are kind, dedicated, and passionate about the property. They will always work with you when no one else will. Jennifer, our manager is professional and very skilled at helping you make the most out of you experience at the Fairways. Marissa is a phone call away as well always happy to help with any issues you may have. They specialize in one roach is too many and let me say that is true. You don’t see that here at this property. The pool and weight room are great add ons! Perfect location in Longview. This is a place you can call home :-)

The management team at these apartments are great. They keep maintenance taken care of immediately— if something goes wrong in the building, they are on it! The apartments are updated even though the buildings are some of the oldest apartment buildings in this area. No bug policy strictly enforced and upheld. I love living here in the center of the hub. And I love my little home here.

Mrs Jenifer is the property manager and she is so kind and attentive to all the residents needs she goes out of her way for the children of the community and all the way from her to the maintenance team they all really take the time to get to know each person Individually with real interest. This is the first apartment I have ever lived in that actually feels like a community with in.

Management here is amazing love the ladies in the office. And I love how close these apartments are to everything! Nice and updated units and very spacious apartments.
