Attention SENIOR CITIZENS! We, as senior citizens, find the Fairway Apartments (an all-age community) a wonderful place to call home! If you are looking for comfort, community and peace of mind, the Fairway truly stands out. This is more than just a place to live--it's a welcoming community where seniors can enjoy life to the fullest. Residents love the variety of activities that keep life engaging and social. Whether it's gathering around the firepits on a cool evening, enjoying a barbecue with neighbors, or relaxing by the swimming pool, there is always something to look forward to. Last Christmas, we reserved the very expansive clubhouse activity center for a family gathering. It was decorated beautifully! It welcomed us with a fabulous Christmas tree and decorations galore! The maintenance crew are the best part about this place! Quick, super nice, and great service. The downside is that the pool is usually very crowded with lots of kids (sometimes unsupervised) and there is not much shaded areas/umbrellas for the chairs so prepare to be roasted. The cooling and heating systems for the apartment is subpar, if it gets above 80s it’s going to be hot inside. The office is extremely scented so if you get migraines from that good luck (gym has that too so that sucks). The apartment doesn’t offer lighting in the living room and so you’ll have to buy lamps and also better brighter light bulbs because the lighting in the appartments is dark and not very open. They raised rent by more than half my last years monthly rent for the new monthly amount for the 2nd year ren

Danny and the crew were extremely professional and worked with a sense of urgency to get our microwave fixed and replaced. I give them 10/10 for how friendly and a job well done!!!

The management here if punitive and petty, the “24/7” maintenance line will wait a couple days to get back to you and than never tell you when the work is done or going to be completed. The management is never actually in office even though their hours say 10-5 it’s more about 11-2. They never answer the phone or any other form of contact. 10/10 would not recommend living here they mistreat their tenants horribly

I went for a tour to see if I would like to proceed with my application. When I arrived the leasing office was locked and closed for my scheduled appointment. I decided to wait outside trying to be understanding, maybe they were running late. After a while I heard shouting from inside the office. A gentleman who I first thought was a complaining tenant was actually the property manager holding a meeting with his employees. A leasing agent had noticed me and brought me inside to sit right outside the door of the meeting room and I heard this manager saying “…at least have a bit of intelligence. Do you just lack all competence?!” The leasing agent was friendly but in-personable. I don't blame her, hard to give a exciting tour when you were just in a room being devalued. When asking about the
