The Fairview Apartments

While I unfortunately was unable to move in here, the lady I worked with did everything perfect! Birte Ulrich was a delight, and made sure that the apartment was ready. She listened after the first tour to me mentioning cooking and found me the apartment in the complex with the best kitchen for me. She was always available for any questions and was phenomenal, creating a great experience for a young renter. Thank you Birte!

The hospitality of managers and workers were extremely pleasant. Def recommend, however lil issues moving in. Otherwise, really quite place and huge for apartment needs. Really respectful neighborhood

The leasing agent, Birte Ulrich, was excellent—she went above and beyond to get me approved quickly. Unfortunately, the condition of the apartment upon move-in was unacceptable. While the kitchen upgrades are nice, I moved in on July 18 and immediately noticed a roach infestation and signs of a rat problem. I reported the issue same day I moved in to show this was a pre existing problem. There were roach eggs in the kitchen, a sticky trap in the boiler room with roaches stuck to it, and an abundance of visible rat droppings. Disturbingly, I also found what appeared to be a condom on the side of the AC unit in the boiler room. I submitted an urgent pest control request the same day but did not receive a response until July 30—when I was told Massey Pest Control would come on August 19, a

Left units flooded while they renovated new ones. Property is roach infested 6ft. There was even a shooting in a unit but I bet they don't disclose that to anyone who rents that someone was murdered there. All in all sketch, run far away

This review is LONG overdue! YOU GON WANNA READ THIS! This should have been THE FIRST REVIEW! because yall had NOO reviews when I left. I was a resident here when the previous owners were here. Was a resident when Hurricane Ian was here and my apt was a walk through for the new owners before they purchased it. 4 owners, 4 men ... STOP LYING TO THESE PEOPLE. I have PROOF! You still owe me back rent $471. Lied and said you would give it and never did. Just gave me my deposit ... I should have sued the way you neglected my unit, didn't give me my back rent and how you had MY KIDS living !!!!!!!!! 1. There's 4 male owners. And under them ... Nora, Leslie and Selina.
