The Factory at Park Circle

Stephanie was beyond friendly and helpful with our apartment tour at The Factory. She spent time getting to know us and our needs. She showed us the entire property and all the great amenities. She showed us two different apartments that could be great potential for our family. Stephanie definitely made us feel like we found the right place!

Love the location! Both apartments I saw looked very nice and will be a hard decision to decide on between the two. Stephanie was great to do the tour with, made you feel like you were old friends.

I’m a transitioning active duty member and signed a lease all the way from Hawaii without ever seeing the place or area in person. I travel and move in next week and am blessed to have had Stephanie and the leasing crew ensure the process went as smooth as possible. I was able to order needed furniture ahead of time and Stephanie helped me get it into the apartment before I get there. Im excited to get into my apartment and will update once i have been living there a while! (I will say I hope an elevator gets added while Im there 😭🙏)

My husband and I lived here for three years and absolutely loved it. The location is unbeatable, and the building was quiet — we rarely heard our neighbors. The front office staff were consistently helpful and responsive, and maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently, usually the same day or by the next morning. Overall, a great place to live!

We just moved out after 2 years and had a good experience at The Factory. The management is excellent as is the overall staff, particularly Kyle! They do a nice job for a large apartment complex.
