The Evalee Apartments

DO NOT LIVE HERE. I have been living here since May 2025. My upstairs apartment neighbor moved out around October. My new upstairs apartment neighbor has a big fluffy dog. During the colder months the owner had this dog poop all over the balcony which then led to a ton of dog poop and fur on my balcony and outside furniture when kicked off. I have written two separate incidents reports about there being dog poop all over my balcony. I cleaned it up the first time. I politely asked if someone can come in and clean/pressure wash my balcony because it’s a health hazard for me. I have been told no one can clean my balcony until APRIL. This place is disgusting and the department of health should be called. I will never live here again.

Extremely unhappy with this place. The rent is more than expected, the management sucks and is pretty unresponsive. There’s always something wrong in the apartments with the heating, open cracks in the closets that bugs crawl in through, etc. The parking is absolutely HORRIBLE and they do nothing to fix it, and it’s even worse when snow falls because they don’t treat it at all. There’s a theft problem with the mail that they don’t fix. The doors to the building are always broken so anyone can walk in half the time. Overall just a horrible experience in less than a year here.

From my first visit to my first few months at the Evalee, my rental experience has been very positive. Jamie, who conducted the tour was very knowledgeable and shared the many benefits of the Evalee community. She and other members of the leasing office were particularly sensitive to the needs of the tenants here. Both she and Candace went above and beyond their job descriptions when I experienced an unfortunate fall, fracturing my left hip. Jamie, even fed and walked my dog during my hospital stay and after discharge until I could manage on my own. I will recommend this community to others based on my experience.

I have lived here for four years with my wife. We love it. The pool during the summer is our favorite part and there are really nice people here. Both Candace and Ashton in the office are fantastic.

Absolutely loved my apartment at Evalee. Community events were so fun and the amenities were always well maintained. Super close to everything but having the T to the city was great. Ashton was literally the best, she really made this place feel like home and made it into a community.
