The Euclid

One of the best apartments I've lived in. Cleanliness is A+, there is always someone cleaning every hallway, common space every time I come home. The apartment itself is huge, floor to ceiling windows that bring in tons of light, with durable curtains. The patio of the 1-bedroom I have has 2 doors, attached to the living room & bedroom. Patio is spacious and somewhat enclosed for privacy. The kitchen appliances are all brand new, cabinets are durable. Washer/dryer in unit, large bedroom, walkin closet and large bathroom with glass door shower. Never had any trouble with insects ever, not in my apartment or in the building. The building is absolutely great. My apartment is brand new and sunny,equipped with very good materials. The whole building is very well entertained. The lounge is furnished with taste and style and is very luminous. The gym has big windows, is very well equipped and always clean. Tim, the manager of the building, is on top of everything, always available to help. The location is top, I walk to BJC, to Whole Foods and to Forrest Park. I think in St Louis I could not have asked for a better option. I just renewed my lease and I highly recommend it.

I lived here for nearly 2 years and absolutely loved it. It's a quiet apartment complex with high-end appliances and that luxury feel in probably the best street in STL. The amenities including gym and common area were never too crowded and well-maintained. I found myself appreciating how it wasn't too loud in the apartment complex on the weekends unlike some of the other luxury apartments in the area. The management staff has changed considerably since I've been a resident but they have always been very kind, helpful and accommodating, and maintenance requests were always performed seamlessly. Thank you Euclid for such a wonderful experience! If I didn't need to move out of state, I would still be living there.

I lived here for a year (in a studio), and had the most pleasing living experience ever. The apartment is VERY clean overall, property manager Tim is nearly always available, and the studios are spacious. You are close to the Whole Foods Market (which is great if you cook a lot) and lots of restaurants (which is great if you don't cook a lot). I am leaving this place because I found a place closer to my work, but I don't have anything bad to say about the euclid stl. 100% recommend if you are willing to live in a luxury apartment with friendly neighbors and don't want to have a conflict with the management. (The rent is higher than the average rent in this area, but personally, I thought the living quality here did worth the money.)

Beautiful building, with all the modern conveniences. The apartments are well thought and very efficient. The many amenities available are above and beyond most. The Euclid has an on-site manager available daily. The building is located in the Central West End, the heart of St. Louis, close to many restaurants, pubs, and theaters. Forest Park is only a block away. Then finally, this building is kept clean daily................a great place to live.
