The Etta Apartments

Brand new apartment with stylish finishes. Unfortunately the beauty is overshadowed by terrible management after terrible management. They are incredibly unresponsive, or if responsive unhelpful/delayed on numerous occasions at completing maintenance request. There is no direct line to the management, only email available. If there's an emergency good luck, there will be no one to help you. Once management issues are fixed and concierge is available all day then this apartment will be an amazing place to live.

I have been requesting the return of my $50 application fee since MARCH 8TH!!! It has been 20 days post and I am fresh out of patience. When I called on that day, I was informed that the apartment I applied for was taken off the market the day prior. I asked that my application fee refunded immediately. When I called was told that the apartment was no longer available and requested a refund that day. Henok, the leasing agent I spoke to (who left a public 5-star review on Google), let me know that he would have to get in contact with his manager and call me back. After receiving no return phone call in the 3 days following, I called back yesterday, March 11. When I spoke to Hanok, he told me that it should be processed by the end of the business day and told me that he didn't have any more

I highly recommend Etta apartments, Hanoke the property manager really went above and beyond to help us make a decision. in the end we didn't pick the apartment because it wasn't in an area we preferred, but there were endless layouts in the building so every unit felt so different and they were large and spacious and the finishings were so nice and the building smelt so nice and was impeccably clean! The roof top also has a great view of the DC skyline and is well maintained with stylish furniture. It was a hard decision and we went to see the place FOUR TIMES and saw 4-5 unites each time and Hanoke was patient and gracious. We were treated so well and we were sad we couldn't end up in the building but thought we would share the excellent experience we had with the Etta.

Henok Yohannes Has been great in helping with the process but besides that I don't know what to say I feel like you are giving apartments by skin color or if they like you but Henok was real helpful and assisting

They never answer , they don’t respond to maintenance request, security officer is always gone. My mail is always stolen. Just poor customer service overall.
