The leasing agents were welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. They made me feel comfortable, were knowledgeable, and didn’t rush the process. You can tell they care about providing a good experience. Their hospitality is second to NONE and there’s no other team better in the business than here. 10/10

I highly recommend moving into this apartment complex. They are super friendly, And super professional. Michelle Is phenomenal. She’s one of the best I’ve ever had to deal with. She was kind, she was accommodating And above all she was transparent. she answered all my text and questions in the timely matter. anytime I needed something she was there. I recommend highly talking to Her if you’re looking for an apartment here. She was very pleasant.

Late post: I moved out of my apartment in building 7, May of this year. I wanted to leave a review. I moved into my apartment in 2020. During my time there everything was great! From my initial visit and encounter with then office staff to the maintenance team that always quickly responded to tickets in a timely manner and were always kind. Parking was always available. The property was well kept. (Roofing updated on buildings and parking lot repaved) The fitness room and pool area was well kept. The renovations made to the fitness room was a nice touch. If the gates were damaged, they were repaired and working in a timely manner. The front office staff was always kind and honest. From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive they truly make you feel right at home. The community is always clean, beautifully maintained, and filled with great amenities that make everyday living so easy and enjoyable. Whether you’re relaxing by the pool, hitting the fitness center, or just taking a walk around the property, everything feels peaceful and well taken care of. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and cozy and you can really tell the management cares about keeping everything top-notch. Ive been living here for a little over 2 years. My experience has been great! Good location for my work and lifestyle. There are break ins to our mailbox but I havent heard of any break ins in the recent months. There have been a few vehicle break ins as well but it seems like management is aware is trying to solve the issue. Without getting too political, crime is always going to happen so there really isnt a way to solve it but you have to be prepared at all times. Maintenance has been excellent! All of our request are handled within a day or two. Our washer even broke down one time and we had a new washer installed within a couple days! Ive lived in apartments all my life and Ive never had maintenance like these guys! Overall, great place to live and no matter what side of town you live
